Treble and Youth applications now use pre-registration. By completing this page, you agree that your payment information will be used to process your payment for the full amount at the proper time, if you are accepted. Your card will not be charged unless you are accepted. If we cannot accommodate you due to a full camp, we will notify you as soon as possible.

I understand that SCMC instructors and staff will provide supervision for the safety and well-being of my child/youth at camp. I further understand that I am responsible to drop off and pick up students at scheduled times.

Media Permission

I grant SCMC Virginia permission to use any photos with my child in them in promotional materials, including on the website.
Please do not use photos with my child in them in any media.

Attendance

I understand that my child/youth is required to attend all scheduled children's camp activities (Monday-Sunday) including choir rehearsals, class, Dress Rehearsal, and ChoralFest.
