Child Safety

I understand that SCMC instructors and staff will provide supervision for the safety and well-being of my child/youth at camp. I further understand that I am responsible to drop off and pick up students at scheduled times.

Media Permission

I grant SCMC Virginia permission to use any photos with my child in them in promotional materials, including on the website.
Please do not use photos with my child in them in any media.

Attendance

I understand that my child/youth is required to attend all scheduled children's camp activities (Monday-Sunday) including choir rehearsals, class, Dress Rehearsal, and ChoralFest.

All fees are refundable MINUS the $50 Application Fee and processing fees through May 1. From May 2-15, a 50% refund will be given. No refund will be given after May 15.
