Welcome to the Ontario Music Camp Adult application!

1. This form is for full-time and part-time adult students who will be at least 16 years old by
the first day of camp.

2. If you are only signing up for men’s, women’s and/or mass choir, please use the Choir-Only
application instead. If you are 16-17 years old by the ﬁrst day of camp and wish to
participate in the Youth Camp, please use the Children/Youth Camp application instead.

3. Your application cannot be saved partway through and returned to later; it must be ﬁlled
out in one sitting. If you close or refresh the page, information you have entered will be lost.

4. If you wish to pay by credit card, non-refundable fees of approximately 5% will be added to
your amount owing. These fees are collected by the application platform and do not go to
the camp. To avoid these fees, you may choose to pay by Interac e-transfer or cheque
instead of credit card.

5. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If your credit card account is a different currency,
exchange rates and fees are determined by your credit card provider. You may need to call
your bank or credit card company to authorize the transaction. If the transaction is
declined, call your bank prior to leaving the application page. You will lose any data you
entered if you leave the page.

6. Some applicants have had difficulty using certain web browsers and platforms with this
application. If you are having any trouble that appears to be a browser issue, consider
using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.). If you are completing this application on a
phone or other hand-held device and it is not working, consider switching to a computer
browser.

Choirs

We offer a variety of choir opportunities for full-time and part-time students.

Mass Choir. All full-time students are placed in the mass choir. It's a highlight of camp! This choir is also open to part-time students. Mass choir meets daily from 7:30-9:00 PM.

Mixed Choir. All full-time students are placed in a mixed choir. This choir is also open to part-time students. Mixed choirs meet daily from 10:35-11:50 AM and 2:20-3:30 PM.

Women's and Men's Choirs. Optional segregated choirs are open to both full-time and part-time students. Segregated choirs meet daily from 6:15-7:15 PM.

All adult choir members (full-time or part-time) receive suppers on Saturday and Sunday of the program weekend as part of their tuition payment.

All fees are refundable MINUS the Application Fee and processing fees through July 15. No refund will be given after July 15.

Because tuition and fees do not fully cover camp operating costs, SCMC Ontario relies on donations to help make ends meet. If you wish, you can make a donation in the field below. Canadian tax receipts will be issued on request for donations of at least $20.
